Swift Strategic Solutions Inc is seeking a highly experienced Cost Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing cost estimation and management services for our clients in the refining and petrochemical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost estimation and management strategies for projects, including design, construction, and operation of refining and petrochemical facilities.
- Provide expert advice on cost engineering and estimation, including the use of computer-estimating programs and estimate databases.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates and management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of cost engineering services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost engineering and estimation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years of cost engineering experience in projects, including a minimum of 10 years in design, construction, or operation of refining or petrochemical facilities.
- Proven expertise in computer-estimating programs, such as Aspentech CCE (Capital Cost Estimator), Timberline, and estimate databases, such as Means, Richardson, and SAP.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), AACE-CCP (American Association of Cost Engineers – Certified Cost Professional), or AACE-CEP (American Association of Cost Engineers – Certified Estimating Professional) certification is preferred.
