About the Company: Our client is a reputable Interiors Refurbishment and Fit Out Contractor with a strong presence in the industry.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing contract documents, cost estimates, and cost plans for projects within the Commercial, Leisure, and Local Authority sectors. These projects typically have values up to £2 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of contract documents and cost estimates
- Development of cost plans and pricing strategies
- Collaboration with the project team to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Ordering materials and managing supply chain
- Additional responsibilities may include further project-specific tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Estimating or Quantity Surveying role
- Proven track record in fit out and refurbishment projects
- Professional degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam)
- Full driving license and willingness to travel as required
