This role is essential for supporting the growth of the company and involves working closely with experienced estimators to develop the skills necessary for managing your own projects from initiation to completion.
The successful candidate will be engaged in projects primarily within the Commercial, Leisure, and Local Authority sectors, with project values reaching up to £2 million.
Junior Cost Estimator Position Overview
- Assist in managing projects from start to finish while providing updates to the Contracts Manager - Typical project duration is several weeks.
- Preparation of contractual documentation.
- Development of cost estimates and financial plans.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Procurement of materials as required.

Junior Cost Estimator Position Requirements
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role.
- A relevant professional degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Possession of a full driving license and willingness to travel as necessary.
