About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Medical Device Sales Executive to join our team at Progress Sales Recruitment Ltd. As a Medical Device Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders throughout the NHS, driving change through implementing sales strategies, and conducting account reviews and comparisons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the NHS market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Meds Management, Procurement, TVN, Community and Wound Management Nurses.
  • Conduct thorough account reviews and comparisons to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Managers and Clinical Specialists to ensure a best-in-class sales process at all levels of NHS engagement.
  • Drive change and challenge existing supplier value propositions to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in medical devices or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Passion for influencing care solutions within the NHS, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
