About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Progress Sales Recruitment Ltd. As a Medical Device Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders throughout the NHS, driving change through implementing sales strategies, and challenging existing supplier value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, including Meds Management, Procurement, TVN, Community and Wound Management Nurses.
  • Implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the NHS market.
  • Conduct account reviews and comparisons to identify opportunities for improvement and challenge existing supplier value propositions.
  • Work closely with our Commercial Manager and Clinical Specialist to ensure a best-in-class sales process at all levels of NHS engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expanding market presence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to drive change and challenge existing supplier value propositions.
  • Knowledge of the NHS market and its stakeholders, including Meds Management, Procurement, TVN, Community and Wound Management Nurses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
