Program Strategy Engineer

At StarFish Medical, we're seeking a highly skilled Program Strategy Engineer to drive business growth and program success within the medical device industry. As a key member of our development team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering elegant medical devices, exceptional customer service, and final products that enable our customers' commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive planning documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), program plans, and infographics communicating program goals and strategies.
  • Author and manage non-standard proposal tasks, define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), assess program risks and opportunities, and navigate the approval processes internally and externally.
  • Facilitate seamless project initiation by ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience, providing crucial context from the sales process to project launch activities.
  • Investigate and understand commercialization strategies for potential clients, guiding them through the complexities of the medical device market.
  • Represent StarFish Medical at industry events, participating in sales activities to expand our business footprint.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external team members, ensuring timely and accurate content creation and program execution.
  • Adhere to and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), driving process enhancements and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Engineering, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle within the medical device industry.
  • Experience in a consulting environment, particularly developing solutions for high-end medical devices, is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client and business needs.
