This role will be pivotal in driving medical devices from development to successful market launches. You will be responsible for designing and executing robust, innovative commercialization plans, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.



As a Senior Medical Device Commercialization Manager, you will collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and clients across R&D, marketing, regulatory, and quality departments. You will lead process verification and validation strategies, ensuring every product meets the high standards of excellence and regulatory compliance.



Key responsibilities will include innovating manufacturing processes, identifying and conquering risks, and ensuring quality excellence. You will also oversee process requirements' collection, definition, and traceability throughout product development.

Requirements




  • 10+ years of relevant NPI or commercialization experience, preferably in medical device development.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
