Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Surgery Manager to join our management leadership team in our prestigious clinic in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining world-class surgical team standards throughout the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Support the Surgical Team: You will have the experience and gravitas to lead and support the team comprising surgery assistants, nurses, and surgeons.
  • Implement Systems for World-Class Surgical Treatments: You will identify and implement systems to ensure world-class surgical treatments and appropriate patient outcomes.
  • Motivate the Surgical Team: You will motivate the surgical team to achieve clinical KPIs and targets for treatment volumes.
  • Manage Clinical Governance and HCC Systems: You will take responsibility for managing the Clinical Governance and HCC systems centrally and ensuring full compliance.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: You will have experience leading a diverse and senior team, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: You will have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: You will have an adaptable and flexible approach to work.
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook: You will have top-notch Microsoft office and outlook skills.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: You will have meticulous attention to detail.
