About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as a Specialty Administrator for Surgery and Medicine. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Postgraduate School of Surgery and Medicine, ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Postgraduate School of Surgery and Medicine, including coordinating programs, events, and meetings.
  • Assist in the organization and delivery of training programs, including regional training days and simulation training.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, producing financial statements as required.
  • Support the planning and organization of activities and events, including using digital platforms to organize events and courses.
  • Collaborate with the Cambridge University Hospitals Medical Education team to provide administrative support and cover as needed.
