Position Overview...

We are in search of a qualified Fitness Coach to become a part of our dynamic team. As a versatile fitness coach, your role will involve delivering exceptional service and maintaining a vibrant gym environment for our members. You will collaborate with the team to enhance fitness and retail performance, ensuring that targets are met while upholding cleanliness standards in gym areas and equipment. Compliance with health and safety protocols is essential, including the completion of necessary checks, and you will set an example of operational excellence by conducting high-quality group exercise sessions.

Ideal Candidate Profile...
  • Minimum Level 2 Fitness Qualification Required
  • Proven Ability to Conduct Fitness Classes to a High Standard in Both Studio and Gym Settings
  • Experience in Mentoring, Motivating, and Coaching Team Members to Reach Their Full Potential
  • Capable of Meeting Established Targets and Deadlines
  • Self-Motivated and Proactive in Responsibilities
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Monday - Wednesday: 7am - 1am
Thursday: 7am - 2am
Friday: 7am - 3am
Saturday: 8am - 3am
Sunday: 8am - 12am
