Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards by maintaining accurate staff files and documentation.
• Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and evaluating potential candidates.
• Supporting Registered Managers with administrative tasks during inspections by regulatory bodies.
• Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring clear communication of outcomes.
• Aiding managers in conducting internal audits and supporting client activities as necessary.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, exceptional customer service skills, and a high level of professionalism. You should have a warm telephone manner, the ability to take precise messages, and the skill to direct individuals to the right contacts. Attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively are crucial for this role. Proficiency in data entry, meeting minutes, and the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently are essential.
