About the RoleThis is a hybrid role, requiring you to split your time between our Bristol Head Office and working from home. You will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to the Client Services team, ensuring our clients' activities and campaigns come alive.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for any incoming queries from clients and merchandisers, via telephone and email, responding quickly and accurately.
- Support the Client Services team in ensuring our merchandisers in the field have all the information they need to do a great job for our clients.
- Review data, collate reports, write visit briefs, instructions, and questionnaires, and be the first point of contact for resolving merchandiser queries.
- Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure our clients' needs are met and exceeded.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
