Job Title: Office Manager - Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager - Technical Coordinator to join our client's team in Frimley. This is a contract position within the Submarine Solutions business unit, offering a unique opportunity to support critical defence projects with full-time onsite commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to technical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of various technical processes.
  • Coordinate and organise documentation, schedules, and communications to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of technical reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records and databases related to technical activities.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols, including BPSS and SC clearance requirements, and handle other administrative tasks as required to support the technical team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative roles within technical or defence environments, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using various administrative tools and software, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Security clearance at BPSS and SC levels, along with adherence to ITAR and UK eyes-only policies.
