About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Programme Administration Manager to join our team at Matchtech for a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will report to the FC&S Executive Assistant with a dotted line into the PMO Lead and be responsible for a range of project support and administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Induction: To own the induction process for new hires, efficiently navigating internal processes and systems to manage onboarding and offboarding.
- Action Tracking and Reporting: Proactively monitor and follow-up with owners on their actions, ensuring regular updates and periodic reporting of task status.
- IT Management and Security: Ensure consultants log in to accounts regularly to maintain laptop security compliance and ensure accounts remain active.
- Procurement and Logistics: Raise Purchase Orders and receipt invoices on behalf of the programme.
- Team Events and Coordination: Assist with the coordination and management of team event logistics.
- PMO Support: Maintain core team documents, assist with SharePoint library management, unblock IT-related queries, and attend team meetings to record notes and minutes.
- Ad-hoc Support: Provide administrative support to the wider programme team as required.
Requirements
