Marketing & BD Systems Manager

We are excited to present an opportunity with a prestigious law firm recognized for its extensive range of services, profound industry expertise, and a collaborative international strategy. They are looking for a committed M&BD Systems Manager to join their proactive Marketing & Business Development team. This position entails overseeing a team of four professionals dedicated to supporting, planning, and implementing marketing technology solutions for their Marketing & BD and legal experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Direct and manage the M&BD Systems team, ensuring efficient operational support and user assistance.
  • Supervise the team's provision of user support, ensuring prompt resolution of daily support requests.

System Management:

  • Administer and maintain the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (InterAction), Email Marketing system (Concep), Experience Relationship Management (ERM) system (Introhive), Experience Management system (Foundation), and Alumni portal (People Path).
  • Guarantee optimal system functionality to meet user requirements.
  • Establish and implement strategies for enhancing data accuracy across all M&BD systems.

User Training & Support:

  • Oversee and conduct training sessions for all M&BD systems to ensure users are skilled and confident in utilizing the systems.

Project Coordination:

  • Plan, oversee, and execute projects aimed at improving the utilization of M&BD systems.
  • Identify and assess the necessity for new technologies, creating a rationale for change when required.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive plans and documentation to assist the CMO and Global Head of M&BD Operations and Systems in fulfilling their objectives.

Vendor Management:

  • Lead the collaboration with vendors, in conjunction with IT counterparts, to ensure effective support, system upgrades, and contract renewals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Global Head of M&BD Operations and Systems and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project team members, users, vendors, and legal professionals to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a law firm is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Credential Management, and Data Quality solutions.
  • Expertise in InterAction CRM, Litera Concep, Introhive ERM, Litera Foundation, and People Path.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role.
