Marketing & BD Systems Manager

We are excited to present an opportunity with a prestigious law firm recognized for its extensive practice areas, profound industry expertise, and a collaborative international strategy. They are looking for a committed M&BD Systems Manager to become part of their vibrant Marketing & Business Development team. This position entails overseeing a team of four to facilitate, strategize, and implement marketing technology solutions for their Marketing & BD and legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Direct and oversee the M&BD Systems team, ensuring efficient operational support and user assistance.
  • Supervise the team's provision of user support, guaranteeing prompt resolution of daily support tasks.

System Management:

  • Administer and sustain the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, Email Marketing system, Experience Relationship Management (ERM) system, Experience Management system, and Alumni portal.
  • Ensure the systems operate effectively and fulfill user requirements.
  • Establish and implement strategies for enhancing data accuracy across all M&BD systems.

Training & Development:

  • Oversee and conduct end-user training for all M&BD systems to ensure users are skilled and confident in utilizing the systems.

Project Coordination:

  • Plan, manage, and execute projects aimed at optimizing the use of M&BD systems.
  • Identify and substantiate the need for new technologies, creating a compelling case for change when necessary.
  • Develop clear and concise plans and documentation to assist the CMO and Global Head of M&BD Operations and Systems in fulfilling their commitments.

Vendor Management:

  • Lead the relationship with vendors, in collaboration with IT counterparts, to ensure effective support, upgrades, and contract renewals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Global Head of M&BD Operations and Systems and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project team members, users, vendors, and legal professionals to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience within a law firm is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Credential Management, and Data Quality solutions.
  • Familiarity with relevant CRM and marketing systems.
  • Previous experience in a management role.
