Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

About The Role:

The Right One is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing two key accounts, one B2C and the other B2B. You will be the main point of contact, liaising with the client and internal teams to develop integrated marketing and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and collaborative experience.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and develop cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative briefs and brainstorm innovative ideas.
  • Manage campaign delivery and project management from start to completion.

Requirements:

  • Agency experience, preferably working across both B2C and B2B clients.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
  • Experience across integrated channels, from within an agency environment.
  • Project management skills, ensuring timely responses to briefs and liaising with internal departments to deliver.
  • A passion for developing creative solutions and making a mark in a growing agency.
