A UK-based manufacturer with a strong international presence is seeking a seasoned sales professional with a solutions-oriented approach to manage key accounts in the Manchester/Leeds area.


Role Overview:

This position is ideal for a technically adept sales individual who thrives in a solution-driven environment. With opportunities for long-term career advancement, this role is perfect for a motivated candidate with experience in B2B manufacturing sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of established and emerging strategic accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to foster growth.
  • Collaborate with national account managers and market specialists to engage with major potential clients.
  • Focus on key wholesalers and OEMs in sectors such as Oil & Gas and Energy.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in sales, business development, and key account management.
  • Experience in specification sales, particularly in electrical components and fasteners.
  • A background in solution sales, particularly with OEM end users.
  • Familiarity with key account metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to manage and drive a sales pipeline effectively.
