About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Services Consultant to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services (SAS) program, you will play a critical role in helping medium and large-sized businesses on Amazon grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations to maximize the sellers' potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of the sellers in your portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners to expand our SAS program.
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to track account information and sales progress.
  • Manage additional projects related to our Paid Services, including process improvements, tool development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.
About the Team

You will be working closely with our team of consultants, who provide strategic advice with a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach. Our team focuses on topics like portfolio optimization, product presentation, advertising strategy, promotions, fulfillment strategy, and brand building.

What You'll Need
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience, including 1+ years of sales or account management experience in e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • A passion for developing an engaging customer user experience and ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment, chasing down and following up on dependencies, mitigating risks, and escalating when necessary.
  • Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Creative, takes initiative, and can constructively advocate on behalf of the customer.
