Exciting Opportunity at Agility Resourcing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Consultant to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our strategy consultancy group, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering client advisory workstreams and projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of consulting and commercial due diligence projects through research, analysis, and the generation and presentation of relevant insight.
  • Delivering key work packages within consulting and commercial due diligence projects.
  • Leading selected projects, including the coordination and planning of internal and external resources, taking accountability for the shaping and production of high-quality deliverables and being the primary point of contact for the client.
  • Supporting business development through market opportunity research and analysis.
  • Supporting business development through the production of high-quality blogs, discussion papers, and proposals, and through engagement with the regional business ecosystem at events and presentations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate qualification and a minimum of 7-8 years' work experience.
  • A deep understanding of commercial strategy and strategic marketing, including target business models, target operating models, market segmentation, proposition development, drivers of customer behavior, and market disruption.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically assess your own performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
