Job Overview

We are partnering with an academy trust to recruit a Safeguarding Administrator on a temporary 8-week contract. The position requires immediate start and offers a negotiable hourly rate up to £15 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a secondary school administration setting, with any experience of safeguarding administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with reviewing safeguarding documents and ensuring safeguarding documents are accessible
  • Provide administrative support related to safeguarding training delivery and compliance
  • Keep safeguarding records and systems up to date and accurate
  • Support the safeguarding team with administrative tasks related to Designated Safeguarding Leads
  • Support completion of safeguarding referrals and referrals to external agencies
  • To have a working knowledge of safeguarding systems (preferably CPOMs) and data entry
  • To support with day-to-day administrative tasks relating to safeguarding
