Job Title: Deputy Hospital Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hospital Director to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the management and leadership of our hospital, specializing in Learning Disability and Autism care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and managerial leadership to our nursing team, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Hospital Director to develop and execute strategic plans for the facility, focusing on enhancing quality and patient safety.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing personnel, promoting a culture of professional growth and compassionate care.
  • Contribute to policy development and procedure implementation to optimize care delivery and create a secure, inclusive environment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement among nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of expertise and dedication to patient care.
Requirements:
  • Nursing qualification (RGN, RMN, RNLD) and a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Leadership or management experience in a mental health hospital setting or similar environment, demonstrating team management and performance optimization skills.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines in nursing, with a proven track record of implementation.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, essential for fostering a nurturing healthcare environment.
