Job Title: Brand and Events Planner

About the Role:

Career Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand and Events Planner to join our Marketing and Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that showcase our firm's expertise and build relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event pipelines and logistics for internal, external, virtual, and hybrid events
  • Collaborate with external teams and practice groups to source, organize, and execute events
  • Deliver professional and seamless events from proposal to completion, on time and within budget
  • Assist with the delivery of larger events and manage timelines
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers on event organization
  • Responsible for the smooth running of events on the day, in-person or virtually
  • Assist with the design of, coordinating, and issuing invitations
  • Manage client responses and pre and post-event evaluation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in events, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Confident and pragmatic with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to a consistently high standard
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
