Marketing and Events Coordinator

Brand My Bags, a leading provider of innovative luggage solutions, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of offline marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and other industry events, to promote Brand My Bags' products and services.
  • Manage event logistics, setup, and branding of booths, as well as coordinate event merchandise to ensure a professional and engaging experience for attendees.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, to manage event-related campaigns, including implementing workflows and conducting ROI analysis to optimize event effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure event preparations are made and goals are met.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing with tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports to support marketing efforts.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of promotional content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media graphics, to engage with target audiences.
  • Contribute to market research, content creation, and campaign analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve event outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain content in the form of blog posts, case studies, and promotional content to showcase Brand My Bags' expertise and thought leadership.
  • Monitor online mentions of the Brand My Bags brand and assist in responding to comments and reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Assist with updating website content and ensure it's optimized for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve online visibility.
  • Help develop, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Requirements:
  • First-hand experience in marketing and/or events, with the ability to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
  • A passion for events and marketing, with a creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
