Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Internal Audit Director to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess and Evaluate - Conduct thorough assessments of our processes and controls to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and Implement - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective audit plans, procedures, and controls that align with our business objectives.
  3. Communicate and Report - Provide clear and concise reports to management and the board on audit findings, recommendations, and progress.
  4. Lead and Manage - Supervise and mentor a team of audit professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to perform their duties effectively.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date - Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in risk management and internal audit.
