At Next-Link, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Operations to lead our operations team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of our operations team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations team, including event management, traffic management, and security operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other function heads to anticipate future operational needs and manage resources efficiently.
  • Manage company equipment, stock, vehicles, and uniforms across the UK.
  • Implement strategies to ensure company growth and services development.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in an operational/events environment.
  • Proven track record of effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Proficient in MS applications and attention to detail.
  • Must live within a daily commutable distance of Coventry Head Office.
  • Must hold a UK Driving Licence and have extensive UK travel experience.
