About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our customers have a fantastic time at our centres.

Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and being a point of contact for customer questions. You will also be responsible for hosting individuals and children's parties, delivering food to the lanes, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Host individuals and children's parties, ensuring a fun and memorable experience
  • Deliver food to the lanes, maintaining a high level of service
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Full of determination, enthusiasm, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A nothing is too much trouble attitude
  • Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills
  • Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
  • Be approachable and helpful
  • Be organised and able to multi-task
  • A strong team player
