**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product information, and make recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.

**Requirements**

  • Previous sales or customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
