Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

- Develop and maintain product knowledge, including building supplies and materials, to effectively advise customers on their needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience.
- Previous sales or customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work alternate Saturday mornings and flexible hours as required.
