Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Hummingbird Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through effective lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients through email and phone calls to understand their needs and how Hummingbird can help them achieve their goals.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings between potential clients and our senior sales team.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless handover of leads to the senior sales team.
- Utilize HubSpot or a similar CRM system to manage leads and track sales activity.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or sales development role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
