About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Governance Analyst to join our Product and Proposition team at AXA - Global Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products continue to meet the needs of our customers and deliver fair outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex and detailed analysis of our products to provide assurance that they continue to meet customer needs and deliver fair outcomes.
  • Report to the Product Governance Manager and gather insight and analyse MI against defined customer outcomes using wide-ranging data.
  • Work across multiple streams and engage with stakeholders around the business, including Compliance, Product, Distribution, Conduct Risk, Complaints, Customer Service, Claims, and Underwriting.
  • Assist in the production of customer outcome assessments, including Product Oversight Reports and targeted Customer Outcome Testing.
  • Deliver presentations of findings with recommendations to governance committees or senior stakeholders.
  • Support the Product and Proposition team to ensure correct processes are followed for product development and change.
  • Advise Proposition Development, Distribution, and Marketing areas on customer outcome expectations to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Understanding of FCA expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Good understanding of general insurance products and claims processes.
  • Ability to self-manage and drive own development.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills.
