Job Description

TSG UK Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Field Service Area Controller. This position is a key part of our operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call Handling: Receive and log service calls into our database, ensuring accurate and timely recording of customer requests.
  • Workload Management: Coordinate daily workloads for field technicians to optimize efficiency and resource utilization, while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administration: Perform daily administrative tasks as directed by the Call Handler and Area Dispatch Supervisor.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
