About the Role

Eldon Housing Association is seeking a skilled People and Resources Manager to support the Head of People and Resources and the wider team. This is a varied and exciting role that requires a strong HR background, with experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a first-class HR service, implementing policies and procedures to support the organization's goals.
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers on disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence, and other ER cases.
  • Develop staff engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including forums and internal communication strategies.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office, acting as Office Manager.
