A reputable care home in Eye is seeking a skilled Deputy Home Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in planning and implementing high-quality care for the home's frail elderly residents, some of whom may suffer from dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager in planning and implementing care services
  • Manage and motivate a team of care staff
  • Ensure the smooth running of the care home
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals and members of the multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:
  • NVQ3 or higher
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Deputy Manager role
