EMEA Field Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead our EMEA field marketing efforts. As a key member of our global growth team, you will be responsible for executing our globally aligned strategy and driving business growth and innovation in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with global growth team to ensure alignment and effective communication of global strategies and priorities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional marketing teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure regional market compliance with globally aligned brand strategies and positioning.
- Roll out global communications, content, and playbooks to regional markets, adapting for regional nuances as needed.
- Lead the development and execution of HCP and influencer strategies, playbooks, and executional frameworks.
- Roll out globally aligned innovation initiatives, adhering to stage gate governance and market prioritization.
- Lead commercial, cost-saving, and loss-avoidance initiatives, applying global governance frameworks.
- Ensure adoption of portfolio strategy, price, pack architecture, and regional-led actions.
- Coach, inspire, and develop regional marketing teams to ensure diversity and representation of the communities and consumers we serve.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; master's degree a plus or equivalent.
- Significant progressive experience developing and executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations in the consumer health industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Ability to make clear choices and highly developed prioritization skills.
- Strong track record of success working with local markets.
- Proven experience managing complexity, influencing senior-level stakeholders, and managing and inspiring team members.
- 10% domestic and international travel.
- People management experience required, with +7 years of experience.
