Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing function and drive business growth. As the first ever Marketing Director at Saepio, you will have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and execute a comprehensive plan to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to drive demand generation and lead acquisition.
- Manage the marketing operations budget and ensure resources are properly allocated to maximize efficiency and results.
- Lead a small team of marketeers and provide guidance on technical tooling and data analysis.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Produce reporting to present findings to the Co-CEOs, including conversion rates and performance at each stage of the funnel for each channel.
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation tools.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including SEO optimization, paid search, sponsorship, field marketing, and social selling.
- Manage the marketing operations budget and ensure resources are properly allocated to maximize efficiency and results.
- Monitor costs and returns relative to budget and adjust plans as necessary to optimize spending.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, within the technology sector.
- Proven experience with technical marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar).
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Experience with cybersecurity products and services.
- Experience of working with or at an MSP, VAR, or SaaS company.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues related to cybersecurity.
