About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our team at Kenvue Inc. as a Brand Manager for the Nicorette brand in the Nordics.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of a leading brand in the consumer goods industry. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales, and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Growth and Development
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI.
Brand Management
  • Manage and maintain brand assets, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on marketing performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Marketing Experience
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign execution.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business results.
