Tactical Rostering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tactical Rostering Manager to join our team at RAC. As a key member of our Forecasting and Planning function, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Tactical Rostering Team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver monthly rosters that meet operational requirements, budgets, and compliance standards.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of resource plans.
- Identify trends and root causes of resourcing gaps and opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of RAC Operations and key processes.
- Experience in successfully leading daily operational functions.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
