Tactical Rostering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tactical Rostering Manager to join our team at RAC. As a key member of our Forecasting and Planning function, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Tactical Rostering Team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver monthly rosters that meet budgets, compliance, and published timelines.
- Optimize hours deployment to minimize wastage and ensure adherence to contract type.
- Identify trends and root causes of resourcing gaps and opportunities by geographical areas.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and clarity of resource requirements and plans.
- Maintain regular contact with operational teams to build relationships and support.
- Understanding and experience of RAC Operations.
- Strong knowledge of key processes, systems, and data relating to Operations.
- Experience of successfully leading a daily, operational function.
- Ability to challenge and influence at all levels to improve and enhance resourcing practices and hours placement efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly an ability to communicate internally and externally with all levels in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
