Role Specifics

An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the Cancer Services Administrative team as a Clinical Services Coordinator, overseeing the Cherrybrook and Yarty Day Case areas while also coordinating Health Care at Home, Boots Nominated Pharmacy, and Medical Ambulatory services.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic individual. Key duties include:

  • Providing daily support to the clinical team.
  • Ensuring patient treatments are scheduled in accordance with clinical pathways.
  • Facilitating timely delivery of medications.

You will be expected to prioritize tasks independently and manage your time effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships within the multidisciplinary team are essential. A flexible attitude is required to support the service during challenging periods.

Working Hours

This position entails 28 hours per week, distributed over three days. The schedule includes two days from 08:00 to 18:00, with the third day to be determined in agreement with the Team Leader. There may be occasions where working on a Bank Holiday or Saturday is necessary based on service requirements.
