Residential Care Leader

Permanent Role

Full Time – 40 hours per week

Compensation: up to £85,000, with Management Bonus and comprehensive benefits package

Guaranteed Bonus for Initial Period

Role Responsibilities:

In this position, you will lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, personalized care to our residents. Your primary focus will be on prioritizing the needs and well-being of residents, continually seeking innovative ways to enhance their quality of life.

You will oversee all operational aspects of the facility, identifying growth opportunities while effectively managing financial resources, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships both internally and externally will be vital in reinforcing Bupa's reputation as a trusted healthcare provider among key stakeholders.

To fulfill this role, you will need to register with the relevant regulatory body and may occasionally be required to work outside standard hours.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Extensive clinical knowledge and expertise, along with a management qualification such as LMCS or RMA.
  • A proven track record of making a positive impact in a highly regulated environment, demonstrating strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • The capability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident and persuasive leadership approach.
