About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team at Erskine Hall Care Home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
- Manage all aspects of the home, including budgets, staff management, and regulatory compliance
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, primary care trusts, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, with a relevant management qualification (LMCS, RMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a care home management role, with a track record of delivering high-quality care and services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement
- Ability to develop a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Erskine Hall Care Home is a 15-minute walk from Northwood train station and is easily accessible via public transport. Our home offers residential and nursing care, including care for those living with dementia.
