About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team at Erskine Hall Care Home. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding, personalized care to our residents, while also managing all aspects of the home, including budgets, staff, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the home operates within budget
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all relevant areas, including health and safety, quality, and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, primary care trusts, and other healthcare partners

Requirements

  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, with a relevant management qualification (LMCS, RMA, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a care home management role, with a track record of delivering high-quality care and services
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals
