About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas & Power Operations Analyst to join our team at Black Swan Group. As a key member of our Energy Trading Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Physical Commodities Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Energy Trading Operations team in managing day-to-day trade activities across Gas and Power trading operations.
  • Collaborate with traders to ensure accurate and timely trade capture, enrichment, and life cycle management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Middle Office team to ensure seamless trade operations and risk management.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Gas, Power, and Energy Commodities Middle Office Trading Operations, preferably in a Hedge Fund, Tier 1 Investment Bank, or top-tier Investment Manager.
  • Strong product knowledge across Gas & Power Physical Commodities and Exchange Traded Commodity Operations.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and process improvements to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
