We are seeking a highly skilled Commodities Trading Operations Specialist to join our team at Black Swan Group. As a key member of our Energy Trading Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Physical Commodities Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Energy Trading Operations team in managing day-to-day trade activities across Gas and Power trading operations.
- Assist in trade capture, trade enrichment, and trade life cycle management for Physical Commodities, Energy, and Metals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely trade bookings, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- 1-3 years of experience in Commodities Trading Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Gas & Power Physical Commodities and Exchange Traded Commodity Operations.
- Proven track record of leading projects and process improvements to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus. Our company is committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters career growth and development.
Requirements for the RoleApplicants must have full UK Right to Work and be able to demonstrate their current Commodities Trading Operations transferable skills, experience, and academic qualifications.
