We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pension and Investment Administrator to join our team at North Oak Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will provide administrative support to our Advisers, ensuring that customer service is of the highest standard and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Advisers, including obtaining current fund values for investments and creating reports for customers.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research activities to assist in the advice process with clients, including gathering information and analyzing data.
- Valuations and Quotes: Support the production of pensions, life, and investments valuations and quotes using established company procedures and formats.
- Organizational Planning: Contribute to the organization and planning of tasks, introducing new and improved procedures and making best use of resources.
- Customer Communication: Manage the process of distributing customers' letters of authority, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely information.
- General Administration: Undertake general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, preparing letters, and maintaining records.
- Client Facing Documents: Generate client-facing documents to complete the advice process.
- Platform Funds Management: Manage platform funds on an ongoing basis to meet customer requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Technical Knowledge: Continuously maintain and develop technical, product, and industry knowledge to keep pace with developments and changes.
- Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and experience of using computers and general software packages, as well as knowledge and understanding of the pensions and investment sector.
- Self-Motivation and Learning: Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment, with an enthusiastic and inspiring character.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a busy department.
- Desirable Qualifications: CII Level 3 Certificate or Level 4 Diploma, although not essential.
