About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at an independent mental health hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly respected organization and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive care and support to our patients. You will establish and develop therapy services, focusing on improving patients' quality of life through evidence-based interventions tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.
You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment programs, regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the OT service, and provide leadership and guidance to Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act 1983 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

You are a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for working in mental health. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
You are committed to providing high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in mental health setting (preferred)
