Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sports and Leisure Manager to join our team at Retallack Resort & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our leisure activities, including the aqua park, flow rider, swimming pool, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our leisure activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Develop and implement new leisure activities and events to increase participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our services and high-quality customer experience.
  • Monitor and maintain the safety and cleanliness of our facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our resort, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Current NPNQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
  • Current PPO (Pool Plant Operations) qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
