We are seeking a driven Branch Operations Leader to oversee our exceptional residential sales team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Estate Agent aiming to advance into a managerial position within residential sales. You will have the chance to thrive as a leader with the support of a dedicated Area Manager and a collaborative team, all focused on enhancing market presence and fostering your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Operations Leader, your main duties will include:
  • Managing a profitable and well-structured office that delivers an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to clients.
  • Leading by example and assigning tasks to ensure performance standards and targets are consistently exceeded.
  • Maximizing every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.
  • Inspiring your team and new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to excel in their careers.

Skills and Experience Required

To be a successful Branch Operations Leader, you should possess:
  • Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer looking to advance.
  • Demonstrable experience in Sales Management.
  • A proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in managing, leading, and mentoring a team.
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience.
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license.
