About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our People Ops team, you will play a critical role in driving our Diversity, Inclusivity & Belonging agenda forward.

Your primary responsibility will be to advise leadership on D&I strategies and initiatives, while also supporting employee groups and implementing action plans to foster an inclusive workplace culture. You will work closely with our Head of People Ops to ensure that our company complies with legal requirements and promotes a culture of belonging for all employees.

Key areas of accountability include:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of our DI&B action plan.
  • Advising the internal talent team on inclusive recruitment activities.
  • Analyzing diversity data to track our performance and legislative requirements.
  • Conducting diversity assessments of organizational practices and policies.
  • Coaching and upskilling managers and employees on diversity and inclusion.
  • Organizing events and awareness sessions to celebrate DI&B and provide education and development.
  • Providing support to our DI&B forum.
  • Identifying opportunities to close pay gaps.
  • Supporting the development of tender-winning DI&B responses.
  • Working closely with our social value team.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing D&I initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of D&I principles, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making.
